【Norvia 訂購與退換貨須知】

感謝您選擇 Norvia！為了讓這份光芒完美點亮您的空間，請在購買前留意以下事項：

一、 關於七天猶豫期 (鑑賞期) 依照消費者保護法規定，您享有商品到貨起七天猶豫期（含假日）的權益。溫馨提醒：「猶豫期並非試用期」。請您在收到商品後，先確認款式、尺寸與外觀是否符合您的訂單內容。

二、 保持完美的退貨狀態 (重要！) 為了確保每一位 Norvia 顧客收到的都是完美無瑕的新品，退回的商品必須是**「全新未安裝、未使用」**且包裝完整的狀態。 如需辦理退貨，請於收到商品七天內提出，並維持以下狀態：

1.【關於防護包材】 我們嚴格把關每一件燈具的運送安全。您當然可以拆箱檢查商品外觀，但請務必小心保留內部的防撞氣泡紙與專屬包材。若包材、說明書或配件有嚴重破損或遺失，退貨時將視情況酌收包材整新費用。

2.【安裝即視同啟用】 燈飾一經剪線、接電、鎖螺絲或上牆安裝，便會留下無法復原的使用痕跡。強烈建議您在請水電師傅安裝前，先仔細確認商品狀態與尺寸。 商品一經安裝或通電使用，即無法辦理退換貨，敬請見諒。

Norvia Order & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Norvia! To ensure a perfect experience, please review our policy before purchasing:

1. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day of delivery (including weekends and holidays). Please note that the cooling-off period is for inspection, not a trial period.

2. Condition for Returns (Important!) To guarantee that every customer receives a flawless, brand-new product, all returned items must be uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging. If you need to initiate a return, please request it within the 7-day period and ensure the following:

• Protective Packaging: You are welcome to open the box to inspect the item. However, please carefully preserve the internal bubble wrap and protective materials. If the packaging, manuals, or accessories are significantly damaged or missing, a refurbishing fee may apply.

• Installation Equals Use: Once a lighting fixture has been wired, screwed, mounted, or connected to power, it leaves permanent marks. We strongly advise inspecting the item thoroughly before scheduling an electrician for installation. Products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been installed or wired.
